This policy applies to all digital and operational activities managed by Realpeople, a platform operated by GenZ Creative Agency in Tunisia.

• Talent and client onboarding flows,
• Profile creation and KYC verification,
• Bookings and payments (including escrow transactions),
• Uploaded media (photos, videos, and documents),
• Communication between talents and clients through the platform.
3. Protecting Minors
3.1.
Realpeople is primarily intended for users aged 18 and above.
3.2.
Users aged 16–17 may register only with verified parental authorization submitted during KYC.
3.3.
We do not knowingly collect or store personal data from individuals under 16. If such data is found, it will be deleted immediately.
4. Information We Collect
We collect personal and professional data solely for the purposes of operating the platform securely and effectively.
4.1. Information Provided by Talents
• Full name, contact information (email, phone, city, country).
• Date of birth (for eligibility verification).
• Identity verification documents (ID, passport, etc.).
• Photos, videos, and demo reels uploaded to the platform.
• Professional details (categories, roles, tags, rates, availability).
• Payment information (RIB/IBAN or other banking details).
• Legal and tax documents (if registered as a professional).
4.2. Information Provided by Clients
• Full name, email, company, and professional role.
• Project briefs, booking details, and payment confirmations.
• Communications and contracts processed through the platform.
4.3. Automatically Collected Information
• Log and session data (browser type, IP address, time zone).
• Device information and anonymized usage analytics.
• Cookies and technical data essential for secure login and preferences.
5. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information to:
5.1. Create and manage your user account.
5.2. Verify your identity, legal eligibility, and professional status.
5.3. Publish your profile to verified clients (for talents) or enable talent discovery (for clients).
5.4. Facilitate bookings, contracts, and payments securely.

6.1.
All personal information is stored on encrypted servers hosted on Scalingo Cloud Platform, using PostgreSQL databases and Firebase Storage for media files.
6.2.
Sensitive data (passwords, IDs, and payment details) is encrypted both in transit and at rest.
6.3.
Access to verification documents and financial data is strictly limited to authorized Realpeople administrators.
6.4.
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss.
6.5.
In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users and the relevant authorities within the legally required timeframe.
7. Data Sharing and Third Parties
7.1.
We only share personal data with third parties necessary to deliver the platform's core services, including:
• Scalingo (hosting and infrastructure)
• Firebase (media storage)
• SMTP services (email delivery)
• OVH (domain and DNS management)
7.2.
Each third party is contractually bound to respect confidentiality and use data only for service delivery purposes.
7.3.
Realpeople may also share limited information where required by law, regulation, or judicial process.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
8.1.
Your data is retained for as long as your account remains active or as necessary for legal or financial compliance.
8.2.
You may request data deletion at any time by emailing privacy@realpeopleapp.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request."
8.3.
We may retain minimal records if required by law (e.g., payment invoices or verified contracts).
8.4.
Once deletion is confirmed, your profile, media, and personal data will be permanently removed from all production systems.
9. Cookies and Tracking
9.1.
We use cookies only to:
• Keep you logged in securely,
• Save language and interface preferences,
• Measure performance and troubleshoot errors.
9.2.
We do not use tracking cookies for advertising or behavioral profiling.

11. Data of Minors in Media

If a project or client involves minors (under 18), the client must obtain and retain parental consent for all image or video use.

Realpeople will not publish or distribute minors' media without verified consent.
12. Confidentiality and Professional Conduct
12.1.
All parties including clients, talents, and administrators are bound by confidentiality with respect to private data, identity documents, and contractual terms.
12.2.
Any misuse or unauthorized disclosure of personal information may result in account suspension and legal action.
13. Policy Updates
13.1.
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect legal, operational, or technological changes.
13.2.
Users will be notified by email or platform alert before updates take effect.
13.3.
Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
14.1.
This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tunisia.
14.2.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tunis, Tunisia.
16. Confidentiality of Uploaded Content

All photos, videos, and project materials uploaded to Realpeople are treated as confidential and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed by any party without written authorization from the content owner.
16.2.
Clients and talents agree not to use any confidential data obtained through the platform (including contact details, project briefs, or internal communications) for any purpose outside of the agreed booking.
17. Image Rights & Media Usage
17.1.
Any photos or videos captured during a booking remain the property of the creator unless otherwise stated in the booking agreement.
17.2.
Clients are granted limited usage rights for images and videos only after full payment of the agreed booking fee.
17.3.
Talents retain the right to use approved materials from their projects for self-promotion (e.g., portfolios, social media, showreels), unless a client requests confidentiality in writing.
18. Platform Liability and Limitation
18.1.
Realpeople operates as a digital intermediary between talents and clients and is not a party to the individual contractual relationship between them.
18.2.
Realpeople is not liable for disputes, payment defaults, cancellations, or conduct between users, though the platform will assist in mediating issues in good faith.
18.3.
The platform's liability, if any, shall not exceed the total service fee paid by the affected user within the preceding 12 months.
18.4.
Realpeople is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its platform or services.
19. Entire Agreement
19.1.
This Privacy Policy, together with the Terms of Use and Booking Agreements, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Realpeople regarding your personal data and platform interaction.
19.2.
Any prior understandings, oral or written, regarding privacy or data protection are superseded by this Policy.
